First payment and refunds
Current public pages show different first-month promotions. Confirm the checkout offer and renewal before enrollment. Partially used membership periods are generally non-refundable; the terms allow discretionary refunds subject to stated limits. Prescription medication sales are final, and fees are non-refundable after the order is sent to the pharmacy.
Stopping medication
BBB warns that membership and medication subscriptions are separate and need separate cancellation. Mochi's September terms say ending paid membership automatically cancels medication subscriptions that require it, but other medication subscriptions continue. Confirm each subscription is canceled and retain confirmation before its next renewal or pharmacy order.
Orders billed elsewhere
Mochi describes prescriptions as fulfilled by pharmacy partners. Pharmacy-specific pricing can vary; the exact upcoming order price is shown in the patient account. The FAQ says shipping is included in medication prices. No exact pharmacy assignment, separate lab price or consultation charge was established.
