About You

Let's start with you

What's your age range?

This helps us tailor recommendations to your life stage.

Our Approach

How we're different

The wellness internet is full of hype and hidden agendas. We're building something better.

Evidence First

We rate every treatment by evidence level, from FDA-approved to experimental. We'll tell you what the science actually says, not what influencers claim.

No Sales, No Bias

We don't sell products or take money from supplement companies. Our only goal is giving you accurate, useful information.

Plain English

Health information shouldn't require a medical degree. We translate complex science into clear, actionable guides anyone can understand.

Honest About Unknowns

When the evidence is weak or missing, we say so. We'd rather tell you we don't know than pretend we do.

Important: Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any treatment. We're here to educate, not prescribe.

Common questions

Curious about how we work? We've got answers.

Is Designing Longevity a medical provider?

No. We are an informational resource only. We do not employ doctors, write prescriptions, or offer telemedicine services. Our goal is to provide research-backed education so you can have better conversations with your own healthcare team.

Do you tell me what dose to take?

Never. Dosing is highly individual and depends on your medical history, blood work, and tolerance. We may discuss standard protocols found in clinical literature, but this is for reference only and not a recommendation for you.

Do you recommend specific clinics?

We are currently building a directory of vetted partners, but we prioritize neutrality. If we ever recommend a partner, it will be clearly marked as such. Our primary loyalty is to the evidence.

Do you cover unapproved peptides?

We cover emerging compounds because people are already using them, and we believe harm reduction comes from good information. However, we clearly label any compound that is not FDA-approved for human use to ensure you understand the legal and safety landscape.

Who writes your content?

Our guides are written by science communicators and reviewed by medical professionals to ensure accuracy. We cite our sources at the bottom of every deep-dive article.
