Compare healthy-aging options

A longevity offer is easier to judge when you ask what decision it changes today. Some options support everyday function and preventive care. Others sell a product on the basis of a blood marker, a hormone response or an early study. Those are different outcomes.

Start with the goal: staying active, addressing a diagnosed problem, or evaluating a specific purchase. MedlinePlus describes nutrition, activity, mental health and participation in care as parts of healthy aging. A named supplement or treatment needs a separate test of its proposed result, population and route.

Mochi now publicly lists compounded NAD+ products by nasal, topical and injectable routes, plus compounded injectable sermorelin. The catalog establishes that the offers are advertised, not that they improve healthspan or are appropriate for a given person. Its treatment prices and membership are separate on the public page, and eligibility depends on a provider. Treat those details as questions for an exact quote rather than as a ranking.

Foundation

Activity, nutrition and preventive care

A practical first comparison when the goal is long-term function and health.

Evidence in people
MedlinePlus describes these as core healthy-aging areas.
Commitment
Ongoing habits and appropriate care visits.
Before you pay
Consider access, sustainability and any diagnosed needs.

The question to answer: Which change fits my health and circumstances?

Early human research

NAD precursor supplement

Judge the exact oral ingredient and meaningful outcome, not the NAD label alone.

Evidence in people
An oral NR trial found a biomarker difference without significant cognitive improvement.
Commitment
Recurring product purchase if used.
Before you pay
Check ingredients, dose, quality evidence and subscriptions.

The question to answer: Was the result in people like me and was it more than a biomarker?

Route-specific gap

NAD+ topical or nasal offer

Mochi advertises compounded forms; oral NR evidence does not establish their outcomes.

Evidence in people
A catalog offer and biochemical rationale are not clinical outcome evidence.
Commitment
Potential program plus product cost.
Before you pay
Confirm formulation, provider assessment, refill terms and exact quote.

The question to answer: What trial tested this exact route and goal?

Higher safety questions

NAD+ injection service

No longevity benefit is established by the cited oral trial; sterile preparation matters.

Evidence in people
FDA has reported adverse events tied to compounded injectable NAD+.
Commitment
Service and product charges may recur.
Before you pay
Discuss sourcing, formulation, indication and follow-up with a clinician.

Research context

Sermorelin aging offer

A historical pediatric drug listing cannot validate a current anti-aging injection.

Evidence in people
Geref appears in the FDA discontinued list; no human longevity benefit is established here.
Commitment
Ongoing prescription-service commitment if pursued.
Before you pay
Examine approval, formulation, clinical goal and total terms.

Compare outcomes a person can feel or measure

Ask whether a study measured daily function, disease risk, cognition or lifespan, or only changed a laboratory marker. A marker can be useful for research without proving that a person will live longer or feel better. NIA says compounds proposed as aging interventions, including NAD, have not been proved to extend lifespan or healthspan in humans.

One randomized oral nicotinamide riboside study in older adults reported a difference in a plasma biomarker but no significant between-group improvement on its cognitive measure. That trial informs a narrow oral precursor question. It does not validate topical, nasal or injectable NAD+ offers.

Read the purchase behind the promise

For supplements, inspect the exact ingredient, dose, quality verification, unwanted ingredients and repeat-order terms. NIA notes that supplements may have interactions and that many have limited evidence of benefit. For a program, ask what the membership actually covers, how the service handles a medical concern and when billing renews.

For injectable services, safety and sourcing questions have additional weight. FDA has described adverse events after compounded NAD+ injectables and unsuitable sterile-compounding ingredients. Historical Geref sermorelin approval does not make a current compounded anti-aging offer FDA approved.

What the Mochi catalog can tell you

The public longevity page identifies available categories and routes. It does not show a patient-specific eligibility decision, final formulation or full continuing cost. Use it to form questions about a particular offer, while keeping the medical evidence for each route separate. A provider listing is not a study of the provider’s finished product.

Frequently asked questions

Does raising NAD+ mean slower aging?

No. A biomarker change does not itself establish better function, longer healthspan or lifespan.

Can I compare oral NR studies with NAD+ injections?

They are different substances or routes in different research settings. Evidence for one should not be assigned to the other.

Does Mochi listing an option mean it is proven?

The listing confirms an advertised offer. Efficacy, personal suitability, formulation and exact terms need separate evidence.

How we compare

We start with a reader’s decision, then separate published facts from our judgment. Government and professional sources support health explanations; a brand’s page supports what it lists, charges or promises. We have not tested these products or assessed individual treatment suitability.

We compare the decision, the studied outcome, the route and the commitment. A laboratory marker is not the same as better daily function, and a study of one formulation cannot establish results for another. We do not assign clinical stars to these options.

Prices and stock reflect the dated check, with missing facts shown explicitly. We withhold expired quotations and product-shopping links that lack the required label review. Monthly editions advance after a completed source check. Product source links use the brands’ public URLs. This content is not medically reviewed.

Linked guides keep their own source dates and limitations.
